In greater Birmingham, the average price is $2.33 and the lowest price is $2.15. Trends show the price as up.
The average price of unleaded gas in the state is $2.528 per gallon. The previous week, the state average was $2.499 per gallon. The average has increased since last month, when it was $2.494 per gallon – a 3.4 cent difference.
