On Tuesday, March 4, former Briarwood Christian High School standouts Tyler Waugh and Wesley Helms’ current college team, the UAB Blazers, won 6-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Auburn Tigers.

The game took place at Jerry D. Young Memorial Field. This was their first matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Blazers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 2 p.m. at Fluor Field against Michigan State Spartans.
