On Wednesday, March 12, former Spain Park High School standout Ella Ussery’s current college team, the North Alabama Lions, won 8-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Memphis Tigers.

The game took place at Tiger Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Lions’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 1 p.m. at Draper Diamond against Lipscomb Bisons.
