On Sunday, March 30, former Oak Mountain High School standout Andrew Hunt’s current college team, the UAB Blazers, won 11-9 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Wichita State Shockers.

The game took place at Eck Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Shockers this season.

The Blazers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 6 p.m. at Hitchcock Field at Plainsman Park against Auburn Tigers.
