On Wednesday, March 19, former Calera High School standout Matthew Bullard’s current college team, the Montevallo Falcons, won 33-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Miles Golden Bears.

The game took place at Kermit A. Johnson Field at Bob Riesener Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Golden Bears this season.

The Falcons’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 5 p.m. at Billy Grant Field against Valdosta State Blazers.
