Chilton County School District issued the following announcement on Sept. 18.
Covid update: Only 30 confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 system wide since school started.
The system has almost 6000 students and employees on campus. The percentage of positive cases is 1/2 of 1 percent! Please don’t confuse quarantining with positive cases. Quarantining is an attempt to stop the spread! All safety and health protocols are being followed! Our protocols change based on CDC and ADPH guidelines and are followed strictly by the school system!
