Jefferson State Community College issued the following announcement on Nov. 13.
Jefferson State will host a one-hour Health Sciences Career Fair on November 17 beginning at 9:00 a.m. for students and the community to explore the health programs at Jefferson State.
Representatives from all Jefferson State health programs will be present to answer questions and provide information.
The event will feature these Jefferson State programs: Biomedical Equipment Technology, Career and Learning Services, Emergency Medical Services, Medical Laboratory Technology, Non-Credit Fast-Track Programs (numerous programs where students can earn credentials in as little as six weeks), Nursing, Physical Therapist Assistant, Radiologic Technology, Respiratory Therapy, and Veterinary Technology.
