Today is National Senior Health and Fitness Day. The City of Pelham has many opportunities for older adults to stay fit. The Pelham Senior Center and the Pelham Parks & Recreation both offer fitness classes for many interests and activity levels, including line dancing, gentle yoga, Tai Chi, pickleball, Fitness Forward classes, Silver Sneakers, Promenaders, and the Let's Get Walking group.
