RE: Clanton Water Treatment Plant Receives Optimization Award from the Alabama Department of Environmental Management

CLANTON, ALABAMA…..The Clanton Water Treatment Plant was awarded the One Year Optimized Plant Award for 2021 from the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) at the December 12, 2022 meeting of the Clanton Water Works and Sewer Board for “outstanding commitment to excellence of operation that maximizes public health protection by achieving the optimization goals for microbial removal as established by ADEM Drinking Water Branch’s Optimization Program and U.S. EPA Region 4.”
