PLEASE NOTE: Beginning Monday, December 19, the Business License office and the Permitting Office will be relocated to the newly-renovated Pelham City Hall, at 3162 Pelham Parkway, 2nd floor (main entrance). As of Monday, these offices will no longer be housed in the Water Works Building.
The Water Works office will not relocate. Residents can still pay water bills at the usual location.
