Jan 24 5:30p: Windy and rainy conditions will take shape tonight across Central Alabama. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph, especially in higher-terrain and exposed areas. This could result in instances of downed trees/branches. Secure loose outdoor objects at home and be mindful if travelling.
A risk for severe storms will exist across the southern portions of Central Alabama from midnight to 7 am Wednesday. Any organized storm could produce winds toward 60 mph and/or a brief tornado. Graphic is in the comments section.
