Work has begun on a new, more welcoming gateway to the city of Pelham. Heavy equipment is on site demolishing old asphalt and an existing structure to make way for a beautifully landscaped area that will complement the new Pelham city limit signage planned for the space. This gateway is located on Highway 31 South near the Southgate Village Shopping Center.
